Request a Free Quote No obligation · straight to our Shreveport office

In plain English: we collect only what we need to quote and complete your move, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

When you request a quote or book a move, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, current and destination addresses, and details about your home and belongings. That’s the whole list. We don’t run credit checks, buy data from brokers, or track you around the internet.

How we use it

Your details do exactly three jobs here: building your written quote, scheduling your crew and truck, and reaching you about your move. After the job, we keep records for accounting, insurance, and the nine-month window federal rules give you to file a claim.

Who sees it

Your information stays inside Hometown Movers. Our office manager, dispatcher, and crew chiefs see what they need for your job. We share details only when the law requires it, or when a service we genuinely use, like our email provider, processes it on our behalf under its own privacy obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses basic analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. No advertising trackers, no remarketing pixels. You can block cookies in your browser and the quote form will still work fine.

Your choices

Email [email protected] any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm within a few business days. If our practices change, we’ll update this page with the new date before the change takes effect.
